RETURN POLICY

14-Day Return Window
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request and return your item.

 

No Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please place a new order and return the original item separately.

 

Return Eligibility
Items must be:

• Unworn and unused

• With original hang tags and packaging

• Returned with the paperwork we send you after your return is approved

 

Online Purchases Only
Returns are only accepted for items purchased at roxiedance.com.

 

How to Request a Return

1. Email us at info@roxiedance.com
   Include your order number, the email used to order, and your name and shipping address.

2. Wait for Return Approval
   We’ll send you return instructions and a return form. This form must be printed and included with your return.

3. Ship It Back
   You are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide return labels.

4. Get Your Refund
   Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@roxiedance.com so we can make it right.
